Integrated Compensation Systems, Inc. (IComp), based in St. Paul, MN, has provided professional and personalized payroll processing services for more than 15 years. We serve small- to medium-size businesses throughout the Twin Cities and beyond. In addition to serving as a payroll vendor, we offer a wide variety of human resource services for companies without a human resource professional or for those seeking answers to their human resource questions.

Our firm is a member of the American Payroll Association and provides continuous educational opportunities for our staff to keep them abreast of the most current payroll and human resource issues. We provide services in all 50 states and adhere to federal, state, and local payroll requirements. We constantly strive to be the best in the payroll industry by providing flexible and accurate payroll processing, personalized services that fit our clients’ needs, and finding new ways to process payroll more efficiently. Our attention to detail and customer service provides clients with peace of mind when using our payroll and human resource services.

Below is an overview of the principles that IComp believes and practices:

Accountability – We take responsibility for our decisions at the individual and company levels and demand the same from the vendors with whom we partner. All of IComp’s payroll partners have undergone and successfully completed SAS70 audits (a very comprehensive audit of a company’s policies and procedures by an outside agency) and are bonded and insured. IComp also carries liability insurance.
